I feel a lot better about our video now, it seems like it is all coming together and last week we all went out and filmed together because of the bits missing in our video. So we have uploaded that and today we put it all together and sorted out all the timing, i think we have about 8 or 9 seconds to fill for the ending and that is it, the rest of the gaps are filled which i'm very pleased about because that was the most frustrating part is that we hadn't filled all the gaps.
Most of our green screen has backgrounds on now, there are still some backgrounds that need going on but it does not take too long to do. We have some text on images as well, this is created by being put on another layer and then moved to where we want it, this is because I think it looks really good and links in well to the lyrics, this is one of the ways to link into the lyrics because the lyrics are so random and not like other songs. We still need to do some editting on green screen, some text and some effects. We want some of the effects to be cartoon - like as we saw this in the video and thought it looked very good and went well with the song. We also have seen some effects which look colourful and this will go very well with our video as all along we have stated how we want it to be very colourful, to embrace the dance/pop/electro side of the song.
I am planning to come in on my day off on Wednesday for as many hours as possible to try and get finishing touches such as effects, texts and last minute editing to try and ensure we have the best possible video we can do.
Our plans for tomorrow's lesson is to do the green screen and editing. I think our group has done well, we have all brought elements into this video to the best of our ability. I like many  things the  group has done, for example the text and some effects a part of our group has done and I think it looks really good. Because I am used to what we did last year, i've done the text on LiveType and used other applications such as Imovie etc. and been more confident with it because I am more capable than i was last year.
